Highlands The peace-treay after the 1st world war annexed the Hungarian Highlands to Bohemia, and it got a new name: Slovakia. Minorities - among them the 6-700 000 Hungarians - were oppressed in Czecho-Slovakia. Because of the democratical changes of the last years this oppressive politics seems to be more moderate.
